+1 button doesn't load properly on ajax load #683

The button markup needs to be dynamically updated when a new
page is switched to via ajax. 

Think we need to use the explicit parse:
http://www.google.com/webmasters/+1/button/

Make sure the canonical link points to the correct permanlink.
