Please describe the issue:
No HTML5 French Website Reference

Please provide any additional information below.
I am working for Intel as the Community/Portfolio Manager for AppUp and was 
going to create a website fully french for HTML5 as it is a request from french 
developers and was wondering if i can have your approval to translate into 
french the articles you have or perhaps we can work together on an 
html5rocks.fr website!

Mike is working on translating the site into 6 different languages.
When the auto translation is done, we'd be happy to have you help proof the 
translationgs
