Remove the drop shadow on the top nav bar when the page is scrolled back to the top. #706

It works visually when scrolling, but looks strange at the top of the page. The 
color of the shadow also looks strange on a black-and-white background, 
especially over the very dark parts of the background. Can we make the shadow 
darker?
