/slides page needs to appear under new resources page #737

Maybe create a new <section> on the page or make a prominent link.

We should probably just link to the /slides content from resources. Feature it 
prominently at the top.

Or, what do we think about having a "Presentations" link in the nav at the top?

Back on its own page. cleaned up and lookin integrated.

Added "Slides" to the topnav. Lookin sharp.
