Hi, May I ask you, Can GETA be used for annotation if RNA-seq data is not available?

Thank you Huangchao

i got the same issue, and i just ignore the trans. annotated parts (step 2,3), then treated the augustus training gene sets from genewise annotated genes as tranning candidate genes. then, i perfomred the busco of these annotated genes from augustus and found the busco larger than 85%, but another issue is about the accuracy i am not sure about this! hopefully the auther could explain for us, many thanks!
