VB CodeGen on Mono #285

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run GoogleApis.Tools.CodeGen.IntegrationTests on mono

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There are errors
on version 3.0.5 (MonoDevelop) and 2.10.9 (Mono) there are a lot of "VBNC30037: 
Symbol is not valid" erros
on version 2.8.6.3 (MonoDevelop) and 2.10.8.1 (Mono) there are the following 
errors:
"error running vnc cannot find the specified file"

From 1.4.0 mono won't be supported
