Manually remove episode from wanted list. #136

Feature request: do be able to remove one episode (or more at the time) from 
the wanted list.

This will not be implemented because in the current core this isn't possible. 
You can skip one episode to just imply create an empty file.

For example:
You want to skip: Dexter.S01E02.HDTV.XVID-LOL.avi
Simply create a empty file with a srt file extension: 
Dexter.S01E02.HDTV.XVID-LOL.srt
This way auto-sub will skip this file because he thinks it already got a 
subtitle file.
