Hi,
My OS is DSM 4.1. on ds213+
See Screendumps for more info.
All the shows you see in the wanted list are allready downloaded by autosub.
As you can see in the latest downloaded subtitles, there are multiple downloads
for the same sub.
With regards,
Ed

Couple of questions, what is the original filename for the once-upon a time?
Why do you got such a weird Rootpath variable in your config?
Why is subeng empty? This will result in weird filenames.

Q 1: Once.Upon.a.Time.S02E09.720p.HDTV.X264-DIMENSION.mkv
Q 2: I don`t understand, /volume1/Films is where the series are located
Q 3: I did not want the subs renemed with the "en" in it. My mediaplayer only
plays subs when the name of de video matches exactly the name of the srt.
I have not noticed weired file names, they do match the video's and work ok.

There is a http:// part in your rootpath, this probably shouldn't be there.
Subeng or subnl needs to be filled if English subs are downloaded. If not the
subs are saved with the same filename (replaced).

Sorry, i did not see this, nor do i understand what happened while making the
print screen. Fact is, the rootpattitle is only /volume1/Films.
I have put the en in the subtitle english field en hope this wil solve this
issue

I see the issue is not solved, the subs keep coming back in the wanted list.
But now the problem is also that becourse of the .en. in the subtitle the subs
are not being played by my device (acryan playon) becourse the names of the sub
and the name of the mkv are not the same.

Please update your A.C. Ryan's firmware, mine plays the English (with .en.)
when no sub with the same name as the mkv is found, additionally I can select
subs with the subtitle-button on the remote.
