What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. starting autosub service
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect Autosub to start working. Instead, Autosub service automatically
stops after one or two seconds. The log file shows that it starts the thread,
adds subtitles to the wanted list and then... nothing. If I restart the
service, the log file shows it adding the exact same subtitles to the wanted
list and then again... nothing. And so on.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.6-2 on a Synology DS212j with NZBget and Sickbeard.
Please provide any additional information below
I installed Autosub yesterday, when it would work just perfectly fine. It has
downloaded some 30 subs for me without any problems. This morning I checked
again and noticed I could not access the webinterface. A check on the Synology
DSM webinterface showed that Autosub had stopped. So I restarted it and
reloaded the Autosub webinterface. Nothing happened, my browser could not find
the webpage. Went back into the Synology DSM webinterface again and it turned
out Autosub had already stopped. I tried to restart the service a couple of
times and then quickly tried to access the webinterface, without success. So I
uninstalled Autosub, re-installed it and tried to get into the webinterface.
That worked for 3 seconds, when it kicked me out again. The Autosub service had
stopped again.
Any idea what might be causing this problem? It worked fine yesterday!
