Multilingual Support #165

I just did some multilingual tests with jQuery and XML.

At the moment I modified the menu, home and footer template to support the 
Dutch/English setting (can be set via the Config page).

Please let me know if you like it (the way of implementation) and if I should 
continue (at all) with the other pages.

Don't think I will be implementing this, just because I think there are other 
features that need time.
