Look in your folder where auto-sub is located. There is a error log file for
the webservices. Upload it then this issue will be reopened.

I have no file with a name close to error.
I have an Autosub.exe text document with the following:
[21/Jan/2013:16:55:20] ENGINE Serving on 0.0.0.0:8083
I:\01. Apps\Autosub\library\autosub.zip\Cheetah\Compiler.py:1509: UserWarning:
You don't have the C version of NameMapper installed! I'm disabling Cheetah's
useStackFrames option as it is painfully slow with the Python version of
NameMapper. You should get a copy of Cheetah with the compiled C version of
NameMapper.

Please provide more information, your platform for example. Your config would
also help.

You're running AutoSub directly from the zip file?
I:\01. Apps\Autosub\library\autosub.zip\
Extract the zip file and then start the extracted exe file. (Right
click/Rechtermuis -> Extract All/Alles uitpakken...)

I'm also getting this error message when I do Home --> Run Now from the web
interface.
Error 500 Internal Server Error - Please refresh! If this error doesn't go away
(after a few minutes), seek help!
I only recently installed Autosub. I think only the initial sub download has
worked in my setup. It downloaded all missing subs for my series. But now when
I have added more episodes, it doesn't want to get the new subs.
When I acces the Home page I see the following.
Next RSSCheck Please wait...
Next ScanDisk Please wait...
Next CheckSub Please wait...
AutoSub version Beta 0.5.6
API calls left 300
API call reset in 23:54:15

I have added a dump from the program shell output. Unfortunately the error log
remains empty even though I have set the loglevel to error. The OS is Slackware
Linux.

Haven't seen this issue yet, might be related to basic authentication.

I had the same issue on Windows untill i found out that i changed the Path
instead of Rootpath to my Series folder.
The names are confusing and you shouldn't be able to change the application
path or a big huge warning should be shown to the user. Might also help to
rename Path to Autosub Application Path and Rootpath to Series Path.
