Wanted subtitles are added twice to the wanted list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Let auto sub fill the wanted list
2. Some subtitles are added twice. One with all information in the fields and 
the other one with all fields set to unknown.
3. When a subtitle is available two emails are sent to notify a subtitle has 
been downloaded

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Every wanted subtitle should be added one time to the wanted list, so only one 
mail is send when a subtitle is downloaded.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.5.6 and 0.5.7 both have the problem

Please provide any additional information below.

Some wanted subitles are added twice, so two emails are sent when a subtitle is 
available. Auto sub is running on a qnap nas(linux) with python 2.7.3 A 
screenshot of the problem has been added too.

Coundn't find the issue, but could you please upload your config file? Remember 
to hide passwords / apikeys from it.

Seems like there is something wrong with the folder 'House/Season 3'

/share/MD0_DATA/TV Shows/House/Season 3
Auto-Sub runs tree down, and after that folder he start to scan the complete 
tree again. Could you have a look at the folder House and all the subfolders?
