Hey nice writing and interesting finding on Redfin and Zillow price models. I agree that you should keep writing.

(Btw it's nice to meet another GitHub user who is also into emacs, GitHub Pages backed blogging, Jekyll powered themes, machine learning, coding in general, and wait for it -- also has the same name. Cheers.)

Nice to meet you, Chen Sun! What a chance :) I also lived in New Mexico for three and half years, and I knew a few friends/classmates/professors who at some point worked at or collaborated with LANL.
