Cannot open connection #1

Dear Author,

I am trying 3Mcor pipeline for the integration of microbiome and metabolome dataset. I could upload successfully. My data is already pre-processed. So i didnt select any preprocessing option. but , when I submit, I keep getting "Cannot open connection" error message. But demo data is working fine.

Could you please look into it

Thank you for choosing 3MCor and for the feedback. I think, There's something special about your data (e.g. zeros or NAs or special symbols) and the R code run into error in some of the branches. If possible, could you send us your data or part of your data? We'll try to fix it and the bug of the platform.
