您的数据文件名是中文的，运行中会有些影响。 另外，数据不符合CCA和ICA等方法的要求，部分global（L1）的关联分析无法完成。L2和L3的分析是可以做的。 由于对单一用户内存的限制，过大的数据量可能也无法顺利运行。我们正在扩展内存。

你可以自己修改数据继续尝试。也可以把主要要求和希望的参数告知我们，我们后台帮你运行给你结果。

尊敬的老师您好：	Global correlation

想做PA和O2PLS的关联分析，不加表型。	Hierarchical correlation

想做WGCNA的降维方法，把和表型-SUA相关的差异代谢物和代谢菌筛选出来，做Spearman关联分析。	Pairwise correlation

想做Gramm的关联，不加表型。r的临界值是0.4或者0.5。 不知我是否还有表达不清楚之处，万分感谢。 诚盼您拔冗回复
