[i18n]Chinese README.md needed #379

'chenxiaolong' is looks like a Chinese name, but I don't see any Chinese introductions on your GitHub homepage or elsewhere. BCR App's Chinese is good, but there's no Chinese support in the 'README.md', so I'd like to add support for simplified Chinese README.md

I can speak Chinese, but my writing is not very good, especially for technical terms.

If somebody were to translate the README.md to Chinese (eg. in README.zh_cn.md) or any other language, I'd be happy to include it in the project.

I am tryying to translate the README.md file, CHANGLOG is too much, there is no need to translate, China is now too late, I will continue to translate tomorrow, the current translation to the template syntax.I also came across something I didn't quite understand at the same time, so I'll simply modify it when the time comes

Is it necessary to translate permissions into Chinese?

Sure, feel free to leave out any sections you're unsure about.

CHANGLOG is too much, there is no need to translate

My computer's BIOS is broken and I have no other computer to fix it, translation will put off some time.
