Remove credential-preferences as a dependency for empathy-ubuntu as it conflicts with gnome-control-center-signon #14

empathy-ubuntu doens't require credential-preferences as a dependency. credential-preferences has a conflict with gnome-control-center-signon and gnome-control-center-signon has all the files required for empathy-ubuntu to build.

Same with webaccounts-browser-extension. It has the credential-preferences dependency in 2 places in the PKGBUILD

Actually, gnome-control-center-signon is credential-preferences. An Arch TU decided to package it in community and called it a different name (in addition to the 3 other names that Ubuntu uses...)
