Is it possible to specify a default path when runing calibredb-add or calibredb-add-dir? #70

First of all, thank you for this wonderful package!

When running calibredb-add or calibredb-add-dir, calibredb shows the path of the last file opened in emacs. Would it be possible to specify a default path to show?

A default path can be set with calibredb-download-dir.
