很久前有个 dbanews，是模仿 hacker news 做的，上面的内容也非常不错，不过很早就关掉了。

现在应该已经没有这样的社区了。

分享下我的方法：找到自己真正渴望的目标，实现目标再更新目标，感受到自己的进步就很满足。当和越多人比较就会越像图中一样，发生越多的“Imposter Syndrome”。

我觉得一亩三分地上面的讨论，是我见过的 比较理性的。但内容方面，相对比较集中在 留学/海外生活 这方面

喵哥，你有什么管理自己信息源的方法吗？疫情期间，由于看了很多信息，有一种学习和思考都难以静下来的感觉。

@flyfy1 对的，一亩三分地我之前也稍微逛过一下，面向人群主要是在海外工作和学习人员。

@lcomplete dbanews是冯大辉做的吗？ hackernews 是有一些自己的社区管理规则的， 这个规则让那些随机灌水的主题和回复能控制在低比率。

另外有时候感觉看过多也不一定有好处， 减少信息源，看一些高质量的，另外增加输出，比如写作和总结。 静不下来也许是焦虑，我最近也在写关于焦虑的文章。

是的，具体记不太清了，当时上面的信息质量也还可以，主要是有文章，好像没有讨论功能。

v2ex 挺开放的，而且管理规则也相当不错，不过国内政策不太支持这种网站，所以需要翻墙才能访问。
