Coreavc mplayer don't work well with Maverick with no fglrx and metacity #106

trying to upgrade mplayer in maverick result in partial upgrade message with a 
lot of things to remove and to upgrade why is that and what can i do about it?

Reporting this bug here won't help at all.
I didn't develop the packages that support CoreAVC for ubuntu.  Unless you are 
compiling for yourself I can't really help you.
I'm not sure who the author of the mplayer build is, but you should try to 
contact him.  I assume it is being done outside of mplayer, since CoreAVC is 
non-free software

You can close this bug there was an update to mplayer MPlayer UNKNOWN-4.4.4 or 
something like this and an update of locals and now it's working fine.
