Mythtv: Repositioning the ring-buffer for more than 30min on livetv causes picture shaking #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On mythtv tune to a h296 channel decoded with coreavc-for-linux.
2. Press back arrow to replay scenes at least 30min back.
3. Push play.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected smooth picture on replay. Instead getting a picture with 
Parkinson disease.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Coreavc 1.5 and 1.7 for linux.

Please provide any additional information below.

this should be resolved in the latest patch, but I haven't been able to verify 
yet
