CoreAVC doesn't use system-wide configuration files #48

Hello,

by default, CoreAVC will only use files in $HOME, like ~/.mplayer/registry
or ~/.mythtv/dshowcodecs. Attached are two patches:

* 03_mythtv_path.patch:
Make MythTV look in /etc/mythtv/ for dshowcodecs

* 04_dshowserver_registry_path.patch:
Make dshowserver look in /etc/dshowserver for the registry

Regards,

Michael, your friendly Ubuntu packager

My understanding of the CoreAVC license is that it is a user license not a site
license. I thus don't know that you have permission to have multiple users use
it
concurrently, and thus settings should be per-user and not global.
