mplayer svn 28034 + coreavc + frame dropping activated = picture pixelated #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a h264 movie in mplayer
2. activate frame dropping

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
picture pixelated

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mplayer svn28034, ubuntu 8.10

Please provide any additional information below.
It happens on fast scene.

I added a patch to fix framedrop breakage.  it doesn't really improve 
perfromance
though as you still need to decode every frame.
