Match Passive and Active Stylized Cell Summary Stats #9

Currently Summary Stats calculated for the Passive and Active Stylized Cells do not match

There is a test built that compares the calculation of two identical cell summary stats that can be run using pytest and is setup in the automated workflow.

Until this issue is resolved we cannot say that there is a satisfactory answer to whether parameters can be inferred.

This could be helped along with #11 as well so considering marking this as urgent
