@filipdjokic Please, do comment out the upgrade test suite, as it's not indicative of the latest state + slowing down the release lifecycle without any intrinsic value.

The v2 -> v3 testing suite is to be respected, moving forward with the Ubuntu bump on PR #788, which is present solely in PR #789, before merged into develop.
