What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Starting win-sshfs produces an unhandled exception error with Microsoft.NET 
framework and the program gives the option of continuing or quitting. 
COntinuing does not launch the program properly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?
win-sshfs-0.0.1.5 and Microsoft.NET version 4.5 SDK

win-sshfs: Using
Client OS:
Server OS:
Ssh server:

This is also happening here. I believe something changed with the last MS 
updates, because I had it working in this Windows 7 installation before running 
all Windows Update's updates.
