Need to support Stark broadening for low n Balmer series lines in the divertor. Suggest implementing the model in B. Lomanowski, et al. "Inferring divertor plasma properties from hydrogen Balmer and Paschen series spectroscopy in JET-ILW." Nuclear Fusion 55.12 (2015): 123028.

Did some more work on this in 69b4bc573f1caed65f68a82071d426717a1e1b1a.

This feature was implemented some time ago. Will track any changes needed in #105.
