Add "What's trending on ... ?" from Jarvis #22

If I recall correctly, Jarvis has (had?) a feature allowing you to check the top posts on a subreddit.

i grabbed the code from jarvis that makes the trending feature. here

That doesn't work with Fuchsia since Fuchsia has a different box format. I need to design a new box for "What's trending on ... ?" and style it with CSS.
