[Talkback All Version] Can not read the contents of some applications

I tested all the latest versions of talkback and with some applications, 
similar to one another, using the web view to show the contents, the tts can 
not read the text.

VERSION: talkback-v3.0.8_r47
OS: ICS 4.0.4
DEVICE: GT-N7000 (Samsung Galaxy Note)

EXAMPLE APP TESTED
- K9Mail - in the body of the mail content, the TTS Speech "visualizzazione 
web" on touch focus
- FC Inter 1908 - in the body of the article content, the TTS Speech 
"visualizzazione web" on touch focus
- Gianluca Di Marzio - in the body of the article content, the TTS Speech 
"visualizzazione web" on touch focus

I suspect that the "Enhance web accessibility" option is not enabled on your 
device.

You can enable this within Settings > Accessibility > Enhance web accessibility

Yes, is enabled but talkback don't read the text into this and other 
application!
Any solution?
