FEATURE REQUEST
I think it's useful to include, as you have entered for the Screen Magnifier, a 
button in the corner of the screen to enable or disable talkback. This function 
is useful for visually impaired, you can request to read some content, only in 
some applications, only a few moments.

An overlay wouldn't be appropriate for this kind of interaction.  The risk of 
accidentally disabling talkback would be too great.  We'll look into other ways 
to quickly toggle TalkBack that would be less risky.
