speach engines other then google TTS crashing in ICS 4.4

Good late morning, I downloaded a Acapela voice Heather to my phone set it as 
my default speach engine and she was working beautifully until 15 minutes into 
using Heather phone got silent, just clicking took place.  I held down the 
power button, was going to restart but the speach came back with Heather.  
adventually The third party speach engine crashes and thankfully google TTS 
kicks in so I have speach.  Any help to fix this would be great, I paid for 
heather to use on my phone.

Could you send the log of the app to us?
(app menu --> Log --> Mail)
