[TalkBack] Request audio focus when TalkBack is speaking #135

Hi,

I would like to read some text through TTS and pause it in case talk-back gets 
active. I've implemented audio focus handling [1] but I don't get focus events 
when talk-back is active. I've also tried spiel, which does what I want in this 
case.

What am I missing?
