[Shades] Support using the light sensor to automatically disable Shades. #146

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Shades in a dark room.
2. Go outside when it's bright.
3. Look at screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Automatically notice that there's no rational reason to use Shades
with so much light.
Instead: Always the loyal helper. Not very bright, though. (sorry, I couldn't
resist the joke)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.1

Additional thoughts:
Perhaps this should be controlled by a configuration checkbox, because there
might be unforeseen cases/devices where the light sensor isn't all that useful
for this. I was thinking that this would only trigger when you get beyond a
certain threshold of clearly-very-bright.
