[TalkBack] Recent apps rows should not be focusable on SGS3 #201

Conditions:
Samsung Galaxy S III, running Android 4.1.1 (from Samsung).

Since TalkBack 3.3.0B1, it seems that explore-by-touch sometimes misleadingly
reports blank areas as being nearby controls, making it difficult to activate
said controls.

Example:
Opening the "Recent apps" list using TalkBack 3.2.1 would yield a list which,
if touching to the left or right of the item, would vibrate but not report
anything. Starting from 3.3.0B1 until curent version, touching to the left or
right of the central item vibrates and speaks the item's name, even thought
activating it (double-tapping) simply causes the list to disappear. Although I
do not have any other concrete example at this point, I have encountered
similar situations, where EBT reports a control, usually a button, upon
touching but fails to activate it unless accessed through linear navigation (or
repeated attempts).

This is an issue with Samsung's implementation of "Recent apps" that used to be
masked by an issue with their implementation of lists. Cannot be fixed from
TalkBack without causing a regression in lists.
