9/26 Update

Met with Duncan today for a data download. Some interesting points:

Small rural district
Uses frontline and is "fine" with it. Doesn't hate it, but wasn't a distraction
Recommendation ESC 8
Moving quickly --> Duncan started working with them in April and then expanded in August

Next Steps

Independent research. Will follow up w/ Duncan (or Morris) if questions come up.
