Battery control circuit has been designed and documented in the hardware folder readme.md.
We should probably design a PCB board in EAGLE to make wiring the 10 arduinos easier. Also, we now have some additional hardware requirements (resistors, diodes, transistors). Also we need to buy one more arduino because one of them burnt out while testing the battery control design. Diodes are important.
I made some eagle files, but I'm not done with the design. I know a professor mentioned a pcb fabricator they had.
