Modal dialogs positioning #5

modal dialogs (eg. Qt4 QMessageBox-es) are always placet at 0,0 position of the 
screen. The common behavior is to place it in the center of the parent window 
(or in the center of the screen).

It's only minor but quite confusing issue.

FYI: I just tested enlightenment 0.16.999 and it behaves exactly like eggwm in 
this case...
