Sorry for the late reply. Have you updated to the HEAD version?
In https://github.com/cherrot/polybar-themes-hidpi/commit/6a6fd0744fc7b5e85f35d2a222c9a39b65c2ded4 I have fixed a font name issue.

Also check this wiki (https://github.com/polybar/polybar/wiki/Fonts#debugging-font-issues) to debug font issues. Let me know if you have any questions :)
