from your following question I assume that you have successfully compiled the folder on linux, did you? And if so what environment did you use?

My environment is on Windows10 , I don't use linux and still can not compile. And if I want to upload the rom to RDA8955 by command line, is there some tools to upload by command line? ( not by coolwatcher )
