This PR fixes...

This PR adds the missing definition for "Empathy Map" in the tech dictionary.

What I did...

Added the definition "Empathy Map" and the URL where I found the definition.

How to test...

Go to the Netlify deploy preview page: https://deploy-preview-221--cherryontech.netlify.app/ Search for "Empathy Map" in the dictionary. Verify that the definition of "Empathy Map" is displayed correctly.
