This PR provides a definition for the 60-30-10 rule used in UX Design

How to test...

In a list format, tell us how to test this PR. Ex:

  1. Navigate to https://cherryon.tech/
  2. Click on the Dictionary tab in the nav bar
  3. Check definition 60-30-10 rule

I learned...

This really isn't as hard as I thought it was. Working with an opensource document is new and took some getting used to, but i got it.
