This PR fixes...

This PR updates an entry ("adaptive") with a new perspective, and adds a new entry ("adaptable") along with a perspective. The new entry is related to "adaptive" (they are both types of adaptation).

What I did...

• Added a new 'perspective', 'role', and 'source' entry to the previously-empty adaptive.md file
• Create a new file, adaptable.md, and added a new 'perspective', 'role', and 'source' entry to the file

How to test...

1. Navigate to the deploy preview in the Netlify table below.
2. Check to find the updated entry, "Adaptive"
3. Check to find a new entry, "Adaptable"
