Merge hawp head with swin-l in semantic segmentation #41

Hi !

I don't know if is-it possible but Can I merge your head of your model with the swin-L model ? Maybe this will improve the model and it will detect polygons and lines with differents category on picture I'm waiting for your opinion

Thanks for your great comment. I think your suggestion is very constructive in improving the usefulness of HAWP models. So, it is of course to merge the head to Swin-L.
