Update plugin's settings access methods #79

Updates settings.md removing the methods with the hard coded plugin's path that is replaced with cat.mad_hatter.get_plugin().load_settings(). If leaving the other options is desired, let me know and I'll put them back

@nicola-corbellini thanks great! I would leave this as the only preferred way (no folder name hard coding)
