[x] Rename the repo (proposal: plugins-backend)
[ ] Create a backend folder and move all the files in there
[ ] Create a frontend folder
[ ] Create Dockerfile for the node frontend
[ ] Align docker-compose.yml

Why do we need a frontend folder?

Because we want to develop also a Front End for this service, an indexable website that's a sort of Plugins' directory like WordPress or other software has.
