Log a match on account 1. Switch to account 2. Note the SR field in account 2's match form has the SR from account 1.

I think this is fixed, haven't been able to reproduce.

Reproduced by using Option-L to go from the Matches page to Log a Match. Placeholder SR is 2500, which isn't the latest SR for the selected account.
