Add in-app documentation #49

We should flesh out the 'Help' menu with a page that explains how the app works, its purpose, etc. Particularly of interest is the difference between 😴 📥 ❌:

😴 snooze hides a task for a day
📥 archive hides a task until it gets updated on GitHub
❌ ignore hides a task forever

Part of this should be to restore the documentation about filter syntax that was removed in #79. @summasmiff has good suggestions about how to present the docs on the new/edit filter pages.
