SRU does not work as it should when run under Apache named virtual hosting. From Apache error log:

[Wed Jul 18 11:54:47 2012] [warn] Database URL (services/istc) does not match handler URL (/istc); will not handle database {2}

Fix error message to report name of database
Fix mechanism for determining if database should/should not be served on this named virtual host
- check port and host configured in ZeeRex?
