Improve detection of plugins hosted in Plugins Directory #128

Although nowhere documented, it seems that plugins hosted in Plugins Directory do not have to include readme.txt file, but support other formats (extensions) as well. For example User Switching plugin has readme.md file instead of readme.txt.

Not really a bug since there is no reliable way how to implement the affected check, so let's treat it as enhancement.
