Failed login table is not pruned automatically #156

Seems like a bug, but let's not get ahead ourselves and investigate first why BlueChip\Security\Modules\Login\Bookkeeper::prune() method is not called anywhere in code... :-)

It's a bug, but let's tackle it in upcoming version 0.23.
